Natural Light
From £180
A photoshoot in public locations or private residence using natural light only. Day or night.
Professional Photography Studio
From £230*
A photoshoot using a professional photographic studio. *Price based on using a Birmingham based studio.
Pop-Up Studio in a Gym or home location
From £205
A photoshoot from your local gym or the comfort of your own home, the photographers home or any other private residence using strobe/LED lighting and backdrops
All above packages include the following as standard:
- 10 high resolution professionally retouched images. Which you can select either at the end of the session or via online contact sheet after the session from all the photographs taken on the day.
- Up to 2 hours shooting time including as many wardrobe changes, makeup retouches and locations that can be fitted in within that duration.
- Initial consultation and mood board to agree the assignment and date of work. Further guidance on what to wear & posing prep can also be provided.
- Hair & makeup artist (HMUA) recommendations available to take your shoot to the next level.
- Additional 2 hours shooting time with additional 10 retouched pictures can be arranged for an additional £135 (plus studio costs if shooting in a studio)
- Additional retouched images options available at either: £20 each, £55 for 3, £85 for 5 or £160 for 10.
- Prints, Frames & Photobook options available.
- Friend/partner/chaperone welcome to accompany you. They may be asked to provide support such as holding a reflector if they are happy to do so.
Additional information
- 50% of the full cost of the above is required at time of booking with the full balance due minimum 7 days before the agreed shoot date. If full balance not paid the shoot will be cancelled and you will not be refunded your deposit.
- If using a professional photography studio I have access to a Birmingham based studio. If using any other studio the cost of using the studio may vary and will be confirmed before finalising the booking. Full setup and take down of any sets and lighting also need to be completed within the studio booking time. Locations, budgets, lighting & set design can be discussed in the consultation phase.
- For pop up studio shoots. If setting up anywhere other than my home an additional hour is required, 30 minutes either side of the 2 hour shoot. This is to allow for time setting up backdrop stands, backdrops, lights and if necessary, click flooring if the space to be used is carpet. Then disassembling and packing all equipment back away. Logistics of this can be discussed during consultation phase. Please ensure enough time is allowed for this as well as the shoot when planning timings.
- For shoots in a gym it is the clients responsibility to sort a suitable time with your gym owner and ensure security or the person in charge during the shoot timings is also aware of the shoot. I will need access through doors large enough to pull a trolley through that will contain my lights and other equipment. Time is required to setup lighting and take it back down. You won’t be charged for that time, but be aware it’s necessary for you to be at the location with me during those times. Logistics of this will be discussed during consultation phase.
- Travel expenses may need to covered depending on the location of the shoot. I will confirm if an expense charge will be applicable once location is finalised.
- For natural light shoots, if weather forecast looking unfavourable 24 hours before planned shoot, this may need to be rescheduled dependant on location or style of shoot planned.
